Muslim Brotherhood wants peaceful protests?

The Muslim Brotherhood claims they want peaceful protests across Egypt.  If that’s the case, then why are the Christian churches going up in flames?  Why are the pastors and church staff being kidnapped and killed?  See the list for all the Christian churches that have been attacked in this “peaceful protest.
