Is it 1938 again?

Is it 1938 again?  Do you know what happened in 1938?  Well, lots of stuff did, but I’m talking about one thing in particular; the Munich Agreement.  What is the Munich Agreement?

It was a settlement permitting Nazi Germany‘s annexation of portions of Czechoslovakia along the country’s borders mainly inhabited by German speakers, for which a new territorial designation “Sudetenland” was coined. The agreement was negotiated at a conference held in Munich, Germany, among the major powers of Europe without the presence of Czechoslovakia. Today, it is widely regarded as a failed act of appeasement toward Germany. The agreement was signed in the early hours of 30 September 1938 (but dated 29 September). The purpose of the conference was to discuss the future of the Sudetenland in the face of ethnic demands made by Adolf Hitler. The agreement was signed by Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Italy. Sudetenland was of immense strategic importance to Czechoslovakia, as most of its border defenses were situated there, and many of its banks and heavy industries were located there as well.

So, the Czechs felt as if the United Kingdom betrayed them.  They were right.  The Czechs lost a huge number, if not most, of their border defenses.  This was all done to appease a ruthless tyrant.  Sound familiar?  It should.

Over this weekend the U.S. government made a deal with Iran to lift sanctions if nuclear weapons-grade material production stopped.  Israel, the nation with the most to lose in this deal were not invited to the table and no say in how things went.  Israel is the Czechoslovakia in this case.  The U.S. is the U.K.

The Obama Regime thumbed their nose at our only real Mid East ally.  They appeased a ruthless dictator and why did they do it?  In the name of international diplomacy.  How can this go wrong, right?

Well, after the 1938 Agreement, Hitler wanted more.  In 1939, Nazi Germany invaded Poland and kicked off WWII.

How is Iran like Nazi Germany, you may ask?  Well, the name Iran is their translation of the word Aryan.  They changed the name of their country to Iran from Persia as a tribute to Nazi Germany and their belief in the Aryan race and it’s supremacy.  Think I’m kidding? Click here for the proof

Do you really think that Iran will stick to any agreement NOT to produce weapons-grade nuclear material?  Absolutely not.  Based on their past, I’d say they are going to build something nasty and unleash it on Israel.  If they do, the blood will be on our hands.  More specifically, it’ll be on the hands of our government for making such an idiotic compromise with a country that wants to see the end of Israel, not to mention the U.S.
