Think of living in a country in which the police can come into your home, randomly or with warrants, and check to see if you have firearms and if they are stored properly. If the weapon or weapons are found to not be secured preoperly you face losing your firearms, a fine, and maybe even jail time. Think of a country in which the federal authorities listen to your conversations even as you walk down the street. Makes me think of East Germany or the Soviet Union. I’m old enough to remember both those places.
Ok, people, are we angry enough yet?
Are we angry enough, as a nation, at what our government is doing to us? Are we angry enough about the police abuses all over the country by these globalist progressive bullies? What about the overreaching federal government that took “long arm of the law” too far? Well, check out this story from The Blaze. This one, when I first heard it this morning, about set me off.
Police officers attacking American’s rights?
The most recent story I’ve seen of police officers attacking American’s rights is a story on The Blaze. It wasn’t an officer tazing or shooting an unarmed or non-threatening man, or an officer bullying a woman at a protest rally, or anything like that. This was another direct assault on the 1st Amendment. You may recall the way a man, a concerned parent, was treated when he spoke out against Common Core the other day by a large intimidating police officer working as security at the school district meeting. Well, this is a different story.
EPA attempt to ban ammunition… again
The following article is from Jim Kouri at EPAAbuse.com. Makes me think a couple of things. First, the EPA has shown itself to be corrupt as the IRS and DOJ so it’s no surprise. Second, these people are freakin’ idiots.

The 2nd Amendment and your future
The Second Amendment clearly states that our right to bear arms shall not be infringed. So why is it that every time we turn around there is someone in Washington, DC trying to do just that? The latest, as you may know, is the UN’s small arms treaty that claims it is to prevent terrorists from obtaining weapons, but since when have terrorist, or any other criminal, paid attention to the law? What’s the truth of the matter?
Is the 2nd Amendment on the ropes?
It seems that every time some moron decides to go shooting people, the loons on the left go after the guns. That’s expected. It always goes that way.
My argument used to be the criminals will get the guns anyway. The only people gun control hurts are the law abiders. However, this time the guy bought the guns legally, as well as the ammo. Obviously, one of the many laws he broke was that he lied about his mental illness on the gun application. So what do we do? Do we change the laws to better control that sort of thing?
Liberal rhetoric in the office
I’m sitting here minding my own business and I hear a couple of liberals talking about the Colorado theater shooting. They were saying the government should put more regulations on firearms. I’m listening to them and I’m getting irritated as I’m a firm supporter of our Bill of Rights and the US Constitution.
Ban Batman?
I saw Diane “Frankenstein” Feinstein on TV last night talking about how the US needs more gun control. She said that the killings in Colorado wouldn’t have happened or wouldn’t have been as bad if weapon like what Holmes had were banned. She also stated that she’s all for people getting permits to own guns.
