All you Facebook users were duped by the NSA. I’m sure I was one of those duped, too. This really makes me angry. In the “land of the free” our own government spies on us as if we are all terrorists. I can understand them tricking foreign targets that posed an actual threat, but you know as well as I do that those tools target us, as well. See the report from Digital Trends below, but first I want to send a message to the NSA: Stop messing with us.
First off, let me apologize for taking such a long break from writing. Had a lot going on and just flat out didn’t have time. Second, I will not be discussing the President’s speech from last night. Nothing in his speech was really surprising and it’s all the same stuff he always says or it’s all stuff we already knew he was doing, like killing liberty and freedom.
What I want to discuss are drones. Yes, again with the drones in our skies. Why? Because Fox News has a story on drones that confirms what I’ve been saying in past articles. Read the Fox News posting below.
The other day, I wrote about the NSA’s new toy, the Utah Data Center and the threat it poses to our privacy as American citizens. I don’t know if you remember, but Google had a problem with the FBI asking them for consumers’ private information, as well. Google took the government to court over the issue citing that these were warrantless searches and, therefore, unconstitutional and won. Well, a U.S. judge has ordered Google to comply with FBI secret demands for customer data, despite earlier ruling the warrantless orders unconstitutional.
So, the supreme court declared the ACA constitutional, but that’s just the beginning of the healthcare hell that awaits us. I’m talking about longer wait times at clinics and hospitals, fewer doctors, rationed medical care and medicines, and the list goes on. What about the privacy issues at hand? What about the fact the IRS now has a hand in your healthcare? How will this effect our economy?
There are 20 new taxes associated with the ACA. So President Obama says there won’t be any taxes on the middle class, but, as you know, he’s lied to us again. I swear, this guy is horrible and I sincerely hope he’s a one term president. We can’t afford a 2nd term with this man. He’s just 20 more reasons why.
I was talking to a couple of colleagues today and the topic of privacy came up. We spoke about the ACA (ObamaCare), drones, and other 4th Amendment violations. Keep in mind, there are very few conservatives at my office. The discussion got me to thinking about a lot of things this evening. So, I decided that to cover some of the goings-on when it comes to our 4th Amendment.
If you’ve followed me for very long, you’ll know the Bill of Rights is dear to my heart. You’ll also know that I’ve been focusing on this drone thing for a while now. Some people thought I was crazy and paranoid, but more and more people are coming out about it.
I really enjoy reading Judge Napolitano’s writing. The man is a brilliant Constitutionalist. I found an opinion piece he wrote today on Fox News that summed up how I feel about the drones issue pretty concisely. Click here to read his op-ed. He stated that if this were done in Thomas Jefferson’s time, there would’ve been muskets trained on it to bring it down.
I’ve discussed this before. Read this article from Fox News and see what you think.

Unmanned drones could soon be buzzing in the skies above many U.S. cities, as the federal government green-lights the technology for local law enforcement amid widespread privacy concerns.
We are going to talk about JT Ready, the neo-Nazi from Arizona, and the his death; the Facebook IPO and what that may do to their privacy policies; Ted Nugent being crucified by the drive-by media; Obama’s new “Forward” slogan. They each have something to add to the direction our country is going.
