I’m back at it again!

I’m back and I’m angry. Look, the fact of the matter is that I’ve had too much going on to really write and be effective so I took some time off. I actually took off more time than I meant to, but yeah, well…

Anyway, can you believe all that’s going on in the world? We have everything from our own government screwing with us in more ways than we’ve discussed before, our current “president” snubbing the French after their terror attack and Israel in favor of Iran.

We have IS/ISIS/ISIL, whatever you want to call those animals, running around murdering and mutilating people they don’t like all in the name of their “religion.”

Let’s see, oh there’s been so much, so we’ll get started. I’m going to cover those issues listed above, plus some.

IRS vs the Hirsch Family

The first thing I want to talk about is the IRS and the Hirsch family, from Long Island, New York.  So the break down of this is that the Hirsch brothers own a distribution company that services convenience stores in the area.

The IRS saw how much they were depositing into their bank account and decided it was too much.  Here’s the kicker, the deposits were never more than the $11,000 per deposit breaking point before you have to file with the IRS Form 8300.  However, the IRS felt daily deposits ranging from $500 to $9,000 were suspicious enough to seize their bank account. They took $446,000 from the family and never filed any criminal charges against the family.

That was back in 2012, they are now just getting the money back.  What right did the IRS have in taking the money, seeing as there were no charges filed?

The answer is simple.  NONE.  The IRS had no right to do that.  I bet if you search it out or ask the family, they’re registered as Republicans.  This wouldn’t be the first time the IRS targeted conservatives, remember the whole Tea Party thing with Lois Lerner?

Any of you who want to comment, making a case for the IRS, have at it.  You’ll be wrong, but have at it.  The IRS had no right whatsoever to seize that family’s hard earned money.

Excusez-moi

So, the French wind up with a small group of terrorists running around killing people, I’m sure there are more in the country just waiting to come out and do more killing and damage to the country.  However, the one that recently happened, starting with the assault on Charlie Hebdo was the most significant to happen in France in, something like, 20 years.

Now, I know…. the French, Alex? Yes the French.  They are our oldest allies, literally, since the American Revolution, we have been trading partners since then, and we have fought side-by-side in wars several times over the last couple centuries.

So, if we’re so close to the French, why did Obama decide to NOT go the Paris with all the other world leaders after the attacks.  There was nothing on his public schedule and the White House later stated that in hindsight someone of higher stature should’ve marched, rather than just having the ambassador and maybe some staff there.

It’s pretty embarrassing to have a president who does this kind of stuff all the time.

Heckler, I sent a Facebook message to Charlie Hebdo and to the French… Obama was too lazy to even do that!

Presidential Snub

In light of all the turmoil in the world, especially with the Islamic hatred for Israel, you’d think the president would have the sense to support a key ally and not snub them.

Instead, when congress invited Benjamin Netanyahu to come to the United States and address them, the White House and the president were furious. Obama even sent political hitmen to Israel to cause problems for Netanyahu. Seriously?

What the Hell is going on that a US president feels he has the right or that it is necessary to screw with the political career of one of our staunchest allies? Folks, we have an idiot for a president. I know you already know that, but I just want to reiterate it. We have an idiot for a president.

I always feel like somebody’s watching me!

I’m sure by now you know that newer cars in the US have some sort of tracking device on board that the DEA was using to track drug smugglers along the US-Mexico border. However, since that started several years ago, the agency expanded the program to nationwide. So, if you drive a newer car, the DEA can track you and there isn’t anything you can do about it.

I just heard an insidious laugh in my head when I wrote that.

Solution? Drive an old car. Lol. Now realistically speaking, the DEA can’t track every car in the country. Just too many people, but what if you drive a common vehicle in a common color and suddenly you find you’re being tracked. How would you know? Probably when the DEA or whatever agency shows up on your doorstep.

Remember, people, we have a Bill of Rights for a reason.

As always, feel free to comment and I don’t censor comments unless they are violent or too profane.

Let’s raise awareness of Lupus and fight together.

This is an email my son sent me.  If you can, please donate to his Lupus page and feel free to repost this and spread it around Facebook.

I am raising funds for the Lupus Foundation of Oklahoma, which is a health organization that is dedicated to finding the cause and a cure for Lupus. Lupus is an unpredictable and misunderstood disease in which the immune system goes out of balance and causes damage to organs in the body. While Lupus can strike anyone at any time, 90 percent of the people that are currently living with this disease are women.

Please support me in my efforts, as I participate in the War on Lupus Walk, by making a donation on my website. Let’s raise awareness of Lupus and fight together.

Thank you,

Ian

"Unlimited power resting directly on force, not limited by anything, not restrained by any laws or any absolute rules. Nothing else but that." Is this what the sheriff had in mind? “Unlimited power resting directly on force, not limited by anything, not restrained by any laws or any absolute rules. Nothing else but that.” Is this what the sheriff had in mind?

Buried amidst the usual election year pablum from Sheriff Ed Brown of Onslow County, North Carolina, was this absolutely horrifying declaration:

“Those in the law enforcement profession have complete power and authority over you, your life, you family, your loved ones, your rights, your freedom, your future, and everything precious to life.”

Yes he actually said this. Click here and scroll down to the second red…

Look at me now, baby!

Look at me now, baby!  That’s usually a phrase someone would say when they’ve achieved something that no one thought could be done or was, at least, unlikely.  For example, I got my master’s degree.  I, for one, never thought it would happen, but it did.  I know several people who figured I’d drop out of college before getting my bachelor’s, let alone my MBA.  So, that’s where I would say “look at me now!”  However, this is a different story attached to the phrase. Nevada: The first stand

As many of you know, Nevada may mark the first stand against the federal government that may spark the initial volley into a new revolution or civil war.  As militiamen and women converged on the Bundy’s ranch and surrounding area in Clark County, Nevada, we saw something that hasn’t happened in this country since the mid 1800s.  We saw armed Americans show up in force against an abusive federal government. Potential Armed and Violent Conflict in Nevada

Yesterday, I wrote about the goings on in Clark County, Nevada at the Bundy Ranch.  I discussed that the Bureau of Land Management came in to enforce a lawsuit decision that stemmed from the government’s desire to protect the desert tortoise.  He has been in dispute with the federal government since 1993. Is Nevada the match that sets it all off?

You may or may not know what’s going on in Nevada right now or the implications it poses for the rest of the US, so let me tell you all about it.  In a nutshell, there is this rancher grazing cattle on public land in Nevada.  Ranchers have done this since the mid-1800s.  Continue reading

So, ya wanna date a prepper!

The idea for this article was given to me by a good friend.  She wrote about dating on her blog, but she won’t let me read her blog….  Hmmmmm….  Anyway, so you want to date a prepper, huh?  Well, there are a few thing you should know and a few things you should look out for, in my humble opinion. The NSA tricked ya!

All you Facebook users were duped by the NSA.  I’m sure I was one of those duped, too.  This really makes me angry.  In the “land of the free” our own government spies on us as if we are all terrorists.  I can understand them tricking foreign targets that posed an actual threat, but you know as well as I do that those tools target us, as well.  See the report from Digital Trends below, but first I want to send a message to the NSA:  Stop messing with us.    Continue reading

Are you safe?

Safety and security, for the most part, is just an illusion.  You lock your door and set your alarm and go to bed at night.  What if someone really wants to harm you or take your stuff?  I hate to tell you, but they’re going to get it if it isn’t secured properly and if you don’t have redundancy in your security plan.   Continue reading
